Find documents
The sidebar shows Recent – the documents last active, by anyone –, then Created by Me and Shared with Me.
Searching
Type in the search field above the sidebar. Together-Pad searches titles, groups, names and the text. While you type it suggests:
- Person: – documents this person writes or reads in,
- Group: – the documents of a group,
- Messenger: – if you connected more than one.
Suggestions and words combine; only documents that match all of them appear.
Spotlight
Your documents also appear in the Mac's Spotlight search, with title, text, group and people. A result opens the document. The Spotlight index stays on your Mac.
