Trash and deleting
Choose Document → Move to Trash …. On this Mac the document then takes no part in changes any more; it is listed at the bottom of the sidebar under Trash, where you can read its last state.
- Put Back brings it back; what the others wrote meanwhile arrives.
- Delete for Good … removes everything Together-Pad has of this document on your Mac. Empty Trash … does it for all of them.
- After 30 days in the Trash a document is deleted for good by itself.
If you created the document
While it is in your Trash, newcomers get nothing from you. Once it is deleted for good, nobody can change rights or join any more – not even your own invitation link brings it back. That's why Together-Pad offers to close it for good first.
